Max height of the cut:
- mm 80 (with blades at 45°).
- mm 120 (with blades at 90°)
Min. length of the cut:
- mm 880 (with blades at 45°).
- mm 480 (with blades at 45° with alternative cut).
- mm 220 (with blades at 90°).
Max. length of the cut: 3100 mm.

How the machine works:

Heavy structure to guarantee absolute stability during all processing.
Mobile head cutting unit with motorized positioning by gear motor and electronic digital display for measure reading.
The mobile head movement is made on tempered guide and ball recirculation racks.
Blades inclination with two positions (0° – 45° internal) by pneumatic cylinder
Blades descent driven by oleo-pneumatic cylinder.
NR.2 saw units with tilting blades Ø 400 mm. Each unit equipped with Kw 3 motor, self-braking.
NR.2 support tables pieces supplied with pneumatic vertical and horizontal clamps.

NR.1 intermediate support equipped with vertical pneumatic cylinder.
NR.2 boring units fixed at 45° position, with heads 3 having spindles center-to-center of 32 mm:
Boring unit Motors of Kw 1,5.
Mechanical reader for vertical and horizontal adjustments of the boring distance.
Sliding movement on rolling slide units.
Start cycle by push button (by two hands as per Safety Regulations).
Separator for cutting and boring short pieces from long bars.
