5 AXIS CNC MILLING/ANUBA INSERTING MACHINE (HORIZONTAL/VERTICAL MOVEMENT)

Machine of great productivity, designed for the execution of locks on doors and/or counterplates on frames, mortises for shutters, slots, stanley etc. and in general all the milling operations included in the job area, concealed hinges, pivot hinges and besides pre-boring, inserting screwing of anuba hinges.

Electrical spindle turns: rpm 18000.
Electrical spindle motor: Kw 3,3 with manual change of the tool.
Motor for boring of Anuba hinges: kw 1,5.
Brushless motor power for screwing Anuba: Nm 2,40
Tool Collet type ER 32.
Pneumatic overturning 0° – 90°.

How the machine works:

Heavy structure in stabilised tubolar steel in order to guarantee absolute robustness
Working plan made by extruded aluminium 180mm x 90mm x 3.600mm covered by 15mm thickness layer.
Axis motion on rectified guides and ball recirculation racks.
Movement by Brushless motors and precision encoders on rectified ball screws.
X axis sliding through rack-pinion system in order to have absolute measure precision.
Electronic control with touch screen video 15” (Management Software with an easy graphic interface and default macros for standard hardware processing on door frames and panels).
Milling group with 3 interpolated axis (axis x1-y1-z1) controlled by CNC and equipped with electro-mandrel motor with manual change of the tool.
Anuba group with electronic and controlled inclination (axis u1 – v1) from -5° to 90°.

Pressor safety controlled by CNC.
Probe to automatically detect frames and panels thickness
nr.4 manually adjustable pneumatic clamps and place on
the milling/anuba group working side.
nr.2 manually adjustable front supports to work on door panel.
