- Y axis work stroke 190 mm – Brushless Motor power 2,4 Nm.

How the machine works:
- Heavy structure in stabilised tubolar steel in order to guarantee absolute robustness
- Working plan made by extruded aluminium 180mm x 90mm x 3.600mm covered by 15mm thickness layer.
- Axis motion on rectified guides and ball recirculation racks.
- Movement by Brushless motors and precision encoders on rectified ball screws.
- X axis sliding through rack-pinion system in order to have absolute measure precision.
- Electronic control with touch screen video 15” (Management Software with an easy graphic interface and default macros for standard hardware processing on door frames and panels).
- Anuba group with 3 interpolated axis (x1-z1-y1) and electronically controlled inclination (axis u1 – v1) from -5° to 90°.
- Pressor safety controlled by CNC.
- nr.4 manually adjustable pneumatic clamps and place on the milling/anuba group working side.
- nr.2 manually adjustable front supports to work on door panel.
- nr.2 lateral reference stops (left and right) on X axis
- nr.1 complete kit for single-leg Anuba hinges
- Kit for double leg Anuba hinges
