Automatic machine which assures a great reliability, an extreme accurancy and an high productivity in the processing on the both the sides of the panel at the same time: thanks to its advanced technologies, to the sturdiness and stiffness of its structure and to the employed materials.

X1-X2 axis work stroke 2500 mm – Brushless Motor power 4,8 Nm.
Y1-Y2 axis work stroke 200 mm – Brushless Motor power 2,4 Nm.
Z1-Z2 axis work stroke 100 mm – Brushless Motor power 2,4 Nm.
CNC with supplementary Ethernet RJ 45 port for remote-assistance.

How the machine works:

Heavy structure composed by one fixed shoulder and the other one mobile according to the different panel widths
Movements of the X, Y, Z axis through linear guides and ball recirculation racks.
Brushless Motors controlled by CNC, ensure rapid shifts.
Belt conveyor group for panel insertion and subsequent evacuation with retractable front and rear stops and lateral aligners with automatic adjustment based on the width of the panel
Manually adjustable clamps for locking the panel.

Horizontal Milling for hidden hinges, knobs and other kind of hinges – Motor Kw 2 t/m 18000 (axis x2-y2-z2).
Single-head Anuba with controlled inclination -5° + 90° equipped with Brushless Controlled Motor (2.4Nm) for screwing and 1.5Kw for boring (axis u1-v1)
CNC with 15” Touch screen panel with Software equipped with Standard Macro Programs for hardware processing on door panel
Machine executed according to the CE rules including perimetral protection with safety photocells.
