Automatic production unity for the processing of doors frames with coupling joint at 45°. CNC machine at 6 controlled axis.

How the machine works:

Heavy structure in stabilised tubolar steel in order to guarantee absolute robustness.
Mobile right head cutting unit with Brushless motorized positioning and controlled by CNC (axis C).
The sliding movement is made on tempered guides and ball recirculation racks.
Movement by Brushless motors and precision encoders on rectified ball screws.
X axis sliding through rack-pinion system in order to have absolute measure precision.
Each unit is driven by a motor of Kw 3, self-braking.
Blade descent regulated by oleo-pneumatic cylinder
NR.4 support tables pieces supplied with pneumatic vertical clamps.
NR.1 Intermediate support table.
NR.2 Horizontal pneumatic clamps placed on cutting units.

Automatic and pneumatic inclination of the blades (0-45° internal).
Independent motors of Kw. 1,5 (r.p.m. 5500).
Sliding movement on rolling slide units.
Mechanical reader for vertical and horizontal adjustments.
NR.1 Milling group with 3 controlled and interpolated axis (x1-z1-y1) and equipped with elecro-mandrel motor with manual change of the tool.
NR.1 Anuba group with controlled inclination from -5° +90° and controlled screwing (axis u1-v1) .
CNC with touch screen video 15” (Management Software with an easy graphic interface and default macros for standard hardware processing on door frames and panels).
Zero stop and frontal supports to work on door panel.
Probe to automatically detect frames thickness.
Pressor safety controlled by CNC.
