How the machine works:
- Mobile head cutting unit with motorized positioning by gear motor and electronic digital display (the sliding movement is made on tempered guides and ball recirculation racks).
- NR.2 saw units with tilting blades Ø 400 mm. Each unit equipped with Kw 3 motor.
- NR.2 support tables pieces supplied with pneumatic vertical and horizontal clamps.
- NR.1 Intermediate support table equipped with pneumatic vertical clamp.
- Rotation degrees reading by electronic digital display.
- Motors of Kw 1,5 (r.p.m. 5500).
- Sliding movement on rolling slide units.
- Mechanical reader for vertical and horizontal adjustments.
- Start cycle by push button (by two hands as per Safety Regulations).
- Alternative cuts possibility.
- Programmable positioning device at 1 Axis for automatic length adjustment.
